Summary: An interview for the magazine BCN Verda by Maria Rosa Salvadó, where it is analyzed how a more environmental urbanism must respond a model of “territorial mosaic city”. The contemporary city has nothing to do with the relation with its territory, and this has caused a multiplicity of heterogeneous shapes, soon fragmented and mixed. Recycling the ill-treated territories of the metropolitan peripheries means generating a factory of landscapes that, besides new forms and spaces, will permit new ethical attitudes to flourish on behalf of the citizens who inhabit them.
